Double filtration plasmapheresis ∥ DFPP

◍ What is Double filtration plasmapheresis?

Double filtration plasmapheresis involves drawing blood out of the body and separating it into blood cells and plasma using a plasma separator. The plasma is then processed through a plasma component separator to remove cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides (TG), and then the clean plasma and blood corpuscles are returned to the body.
Double filtration plasmapheresis physically removes some impurities from the blood. It has been practised abroad for over 30 years and is a mature, stable treatment with low risk and few side effects.

◍ Why Double Filtration Plasmapheresis?

Instrument lines can become clogged after long-term use, so cleaning vessels regularly to avoid blockage is essential.

The blood vessels silently narrow.

If you cannot improve your diet and reduce stress in the long term, gradually narrowing your blood vessels can accumulate waste and toxins in your body. It can significantly increase your risk for cardiovascular and metabolic circulation issues. Paying immediate attention to these potential health risks is crucial.

Stage 1: Turbidity

Due to the influence of a refined diet, less exercise, an irregular life schedule, and high stress, too many substances cannot be absorbed or metabolised and remain in people's blood without even realising it, causing the blood to become sticky.

Stage 2: Blockage

This lousy cholesterol accumulates on the walls of blood vessels, causing hardening and narrowing that will become increasingly serious. It will reduce blood flow to vital organs. Once an organ does not receive enough oxygen and nutrients in the blood, it will soon become prone to ageing and necrosis.

Stage 3: Causes pain

↘︎ Cardiovascular obstruction: coronary heart disease, including angina pectoris and myocardial hypoxia.
↘︎ Cerebral blood vessel obstruction: cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral embolism, cerebral stroke.
